Once I’ve started to use the soap, how long does it take before I see an improvement?

Everybody's skin is different and reacts to the treatment in a varied manner. In some cases we have heard reports of an improvement in skin condition in 48 hours, however this is not normal. Most customers report a general improvement over 14-28 days.

Should I moisturise as well?

We recommend regular moisturising with any type of skin condition, and even healthy skin to maintain the natural oils in the skin. After washing, always moisturise and during winter with the cold dry air, carry your moisturiser with you and top up regularly.

How successful is your treatment?

We have been established over 30 years. The original clinical trials showed a success rate of over 80%, and we are aware of a much higher success rate by the feedback from our users. 

Are there any steroids in your products?

No.

Do any of your products have fragrances in them as I have a severe allergic reaction to them?

No, our products do not contain fragrances.

How much will my delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders over £39, under this amount, delivery costs £3.85. For our Shaving Soap and Natural Bar Soap, shipping is free in the UK.

I've bought a Shaving Bar or Natural Soap and I’ve been charged for my shipping, what do I do?

Please don’t worry - we will refund the excess postage charge. Some of our products have been made to fit Royal Mail Large Letter sizes. The Natural Soap and Shaving Soap are both made to be 85g and have 15g of packaging. Sometimes the bar may be a little bigger and so it takes the whole product over 100g, which can incur a postage charge if we miss this when shipping. If this has happened to you, please let us know by sending us an email and include a receipt of the surcharge. We will refund you the difference. 

I have received my order, it is not complete or damaged. What should I do?

If you have any issues, please contact us by email: hello@skinsalve.co.uk and we will respond within 12 hours.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with my order?

If you are unhappy with any of the products you have purchased, please contact us immediately by email (hello@skinsalve.co.uk), if we cannot help you, we will refund your order on receipt of the original product.
