My order is missing, what should I do?
We ship all orders with Royal Mail. A tracking code is provided with your order and can accessible via the confirmation email.
Royal Mail updates the tracking information on a delivery attempt.
If your order hasn't arrived after 3 working days and the Royal Mail tracking code has not yet been updated, please contact us at hello@skinsalve.co.uk and we will speak with Royal Mail.
If your order has been lost, we'll arrange a replacement to be sent out right away.
I have received my order, it is not complete or damaged. What should I do?
